Hi Dr Jones My dog got gastro sick diahorrea bad. Worse than hes had before. I’m into alternative treatment but took him into the Vet as went on longer. They’ve given him 2x antibac twice a day and omeprazole. For 6 days. Could I take him off these and hes was better and brighter the next day before I started giving him these pills. Now he looks unwell again but not vomiting or pooping bad.
Lettuce remember that a chemical drug treats a symptom, while a herb can treat a whole system.

I am on a FB group for dogs with seizures. Always interesting to see the new people join. The vets tend to give out the same meds and in many cases, they don’t help. And people start asking how how to tweak the dosage of those drugs. But some folks on the group have been successful with CBD oil, homeopathy and raw food diets. The new people are much more reluctant to try those things. They will spend money on MRIs, which are just diagnostic. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone with a diagnosis of brain tumor. And like my vet told me, would you have us operate if we found that? With my older dog, the answer was no.
